AI-Driven Fraud Prevention and Anti-Money Laundering Solutions
Lynx is a Madrid, Spain-based fraud prevention vendor founded in 2023. The company positions itself in the financial crime detection market and develops AI-driven systems that evaluate transactions across digital and card-based payment channels. Its core product is a real-time fraud-scoring engine designed to support high-volume financial institutions by ingesting signals from mobile banking, online banking, card-present and card-not-present transactions, telephone banking, and digital wallets.
The platform applies adaptive machine learning models to identify unusual behavior patterns, assign fraud risk scores, and generate approve/decline recommendations, typically within sub-50-millisecond latencies. Supporting features include continuous model updates, contextual enrichment of incoming transaction data, and integration hooks for a range of payment devices and channels. Lynx reports that its system is built to accommodate enterprise-scale throughput and emerging threat patterns across diverse fraud vectors.
Lynx raised an $18 million Series A in November 2023. The round was led by Forgepoint Capital with participation from Banco Santander, an existing Lynx shareholder.
