Its AI agents operate continuously, providing organizations with early detection and contextual insight into attacker behavior.

The platform converts raw intelligence into structured, actionable alerts enriched with threat actor background details, intent analysis, and links to related activity. Overwatch Data also offers configurable monitoring tuned to an organization’s specific assets, fraud vectors, and risk scenarios. An in-house investigations team augments automated detection with deeper malware and data leak analysis when required.

Since its founding in 2022, the Brooklyn-based company has raised roughly $5 million across three rounds, including a $4.3 million seed round led by New Era Capital Partners and PruVen Capital. Google for Startups Latino Founders Fund and Y Combinator have also provided financial support.
