Prophet Security, founded in 2024 and headquartered in Palo Alto, California, develops an AI-powered platform designed to function as an autonomous security analyst.

Its flagship product, Prophet AI, analyzes alerts across SIEMs, identity systems, cloud environments, endpoint tools, and security data lakes. Prophet AI automatically prioritizing threats, generating actionable conclusions, and providing transparent explanations without relying on prebuilt playbooks or manual configuration. Prophet Security has raised $41 million across two rounds: an $11 million seed round (April 2024) led by Bain Capital Ventures followed by a $30 million Series A (July 2025) led by Accel with participation from Bain.

With a team of 45 employees and strong early growth, Prophet targets enterprises managing complex hybrid-cloud architectures and high alert volumes, aiming to reduce mean time to resolution and streamline routine SOC work while maintaining compatibility with existing security workflows.
